Sea Mist - Aqua Blend by Colour Mill

Aqua blend colouring pigment is perfect for creating bold and brillant colours in items that are best enjoyed dry.

These include royal icing, macarons, meringues, fondant, jellies and beverages.

Before getting started, use the bottle lid to pop a hole in the seal and give the bottle a good shake. These pigments pack a punch so take it slow when colouring, starting with just a few drops and mixing as you go.

Tip: If you have time, you'll get the best results if you let your mixture sit overnight.

Using more drops of colouring will increase the intensity of colour and fewer drops will create softer hues. Build the colour slowly as you mix your batter to achieve your desired hue.

We don't recommend using aqua blend colouring with buttercreams - you'll have much better results if you use oil blend colouring for buttercream.
